Mathew the Operations Manager and Matt the Technician were a dynamic team. They provided a phenomenal level of service. They were professional and performed the maintenance and repairs fast. Same day service blew me away! I plan to have them perform all of the annual maintenance moving forward. They answered all my questions, I highly recommend this company.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of this new company. They not only were able to identify the problem with our air conditioner right away, but solved it in the most efficient and seamless way. We had been dealing with the draining problem of our unit for a long time and been frustrated with expensive work that did not solve the problem. Dealing with the One Hour company was a breath of fresh air and we do not hesitate to highly recommend it.

Update: After posting my original review, the owner Alex reached out personally and issued a refund that accounted for the high pricing and inconvenience of the experience, without being pressed for that amount. He also shared that he is actively working with the national franchise pricing model to bring rates in line with the local Seattle market. I appreciate the owner's customer service and professionalism. Original experience: The technician was professional and correctly diagnosed a failed contactor in my outdoor unit that was triggering a Nest thermostat error. The repair took two days due to a parts miscommunication, and the job was billed as a single flat-rate line item of $493 with no parts/labor breakdown, significantly above what an independent HVAC company would typically charge for the same repair. Bottom line: the initial experience had real rough edges, but Alex handled the follow-up with honesty and professionalism. Given the experience as a whole, I'd work with One Hour again.

This is the best company out there!! I called a few other companies who came to my home - over quoted me and I felt defeated! I reached out to One Hour Heating and Air— they came within 1 hour! And the problem was fixed in less than 45 min! No large bill! No taking advantage of me! And the best is— my heat blows stronger than ever! I bought my home in 2023 and had no idea it was not working properly until I started receiving $300+ monthly gas bills!! That stops today!!
