“Annual tune up on our heat pump. Tech (I think it was Matthew with two t's, they have two guys with the same name which is funny) was thorough, took photos of the coils before and after cleaning, flagged that one of our filters had been installed backwards by whoever serviced it last year. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Will be using them again next spring for the AC side.”
