"They were very friendly and professional from the receptionist to the technician. Arrived quickly and on time. They promptly got our heat back on and explained the problem and the recommended solutions. They also explained the preventative maintenance program which sounded good so we signed up. They fixed our furnace and we were very happy with the experience. They did not try to up sell products and there was never any pressure. We were thoroughly satisfied with the experience and I would recommend them to my family and friends."
