Always a great experience! Joe came by for some routine maintenance on our until. Was super friendly and punctual. And during the whole visit, kept me up to date on what he was doing and why. Was ready to answer my questions and give me good tips for extending the life of our unit. This is new to us and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Personable as well! Great time
Tom did a great job. Friendly, cleaned and was great with our Golden. Explained things that were going on. He fixed a small leak issue that wasn't letting out unit perform at its peak capabilities. Would highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling- Medina.
