Steve became Owner of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in 2005 after a 20 year career in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Management. He holds a Master Mechanical license in addition to having held several other licenses including his Professional Engineering license. His desire is to provide world class service to the Kansas City Metro area.

Denise has been an owner since 2005. Throughout the past eighteen years of the company’s existence, Denise has worked right alongside her husband and co-owner, Steve, to build the company to what it is today. She has served in numerous roles, from client care representative, to administrative assistant, general manager, has executed marketing campaigns, and now is the human resources director. Denise has been driven throughout her life to serve others and learned this mindset as she grew up in a pastor’s family serving in multiple churches across America. She has experience directing church camps, music competitions, and believes homeschooling her children has helped her develop skills that transfer to training and human resources. When not working, Denise loves campfires, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her grandkids.

General Manager

Kyle has been with One Hour for over 15 years and has been involved in almost every aspect of the business operations. Currently, Kyle serves as General Manager, overseeing all day to day operations. He is an avid Royals and Chiefs fan, is a "sneaky" good interior decorator, and enjoys attending as many concerts as his schedule allows. Kyle is a downtown Lee's Summit resident.

Ten years ago, Caleb started out working in the scrap yard cutting metal for One Hour. Eventually, he became a service and sales technician, and later began training and mentoring the new employees as the One Hour team grew.
