“Hai did a great job. He let me know what issues I could expect (if there were any this winter) with my old furnaces (yep, that’s plural). I am very pleased with the monthly service contract I have with one hour heating. I’ve been a customer for many years. Having the annual cleaning and changing filters every two months have, in my opinion, helped my old furnaces keep running. If I needed a new furnace, I’d definitely purchase through one hour heating.”

“We called for a service appointment on Sunday evening over Labor Day Weekend. We thought it would be Tuesday before receiving a response. Much to our surprise, we were able to make an appointment the same day. Within two hours, a service tech arrived. Jake Kitchens did a great job taking care of us. He was professional, yet personal. He gave us our options without trying to pressure us into an expensive repair that was unnecessary. He repaired our unit promptly and made sure we were satisfied before he left. I would highly recommend Henson Mechanical.”

“I've had my share of technicians come out to my home to do various repairs. None of them match the professionalism and level of customer service that Joel demonstrated today!!! 5 stars is not enough for this man so I'm giving him 10 stars! Also requesting he gets a huge raise!! ive never had a technician go above and beyond like Joel did! if and when the time comes I will not only call One hour air conditioning and Heating but ONLY request Joel! If any of my friends or family need HVAC repair/ maintenance I am going to refer them here. All thanks to Joel!!!”

He provided me with several education pieces about my AC system as well as a thorough explanation and detailed report after inspecting my system. He also provided me with some additional recommendations of things I could do to provide a longer life for my system. Overall just excellent.”

“Blake was very courteous and knowledgeable about my furnace. He was able to identify what was wrong and was able to show us and explain to us why the furnace was not working. Luckily for us it was a situation that he could address while he was at our home and did not need to go out for parts. We were so impressed with the quality and service of the visit that we signed a contract with the company for general maintenance and service.”
