“Kylie was at our home within an hour after we experienced an A/C emergency at 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. She was very attentive to our situation and why it was an emergency. I filled her in on what was going on with the A/C and she proceeded to get to work. She was able to fix the issue and preformed a complete condensation system check to prevent further problems. She took time to explain some preventative measures we could do to help prevent clogged pipes in the condensation system. She was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful. “Just prior to listing our home for sale, our heat pump died. We contacted One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, and they sent a technician that day. He was professional and knowledgeable. We could repair it or replace it. Given its age, we replaced it, and the installation was done in a few days. Tremendous service! Fast forward to our new home. We opted to replace both 21-year-old HVAC systems (upstairs and downstairs) and there was no doubt which company to call, One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The contracting process was simple and easy, and the price was very reasonable. The team of technicians, led by Ludwig, were on-time, professional, and did a great job and they thoroughly cleaned up when they finished, which was nice. “Romaney was fantastic. After determining that the problem was located in the compressor, it didn't take him long to pinpoint the problem as a leak caused by something the factory did when they installed the coil in the cabinet of the compressor. He was very thorough in his answers to my questions, and look forward to his or another technicians return visit with the new coil next week.”
