“He ts the problem and unit required replacement. He talked to us and got our info to set us up credit and finance . ×××××××××××÷÷÷÷÷××××××××××××××××× Trice did come out second time after several failed attempts to get financing. We secured financing thru a different company and he came out and completed contract and setup time for install for system. He was very professional and complete in all his answers. He was on time and we got it done quickly. We were able to schedule for next day for removal and install of new system. Would definitely recommend company to friends and use them again. Xxxxxxxxxxcxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The guys that did the the replacement dud a great job. They were about 25 minutes late getting here but said the distributor was late. They didn't waste any time and started right in on the task. I showed then we're everything was and got out of the way. They kept at it for approx 4 hours and got the whole job done. They were very quick and polite when using our stairs and doors. They put my things back in order when they were done in the backyard. System was running and thermostat instructions were given to us upon completion. Overall great experience and company. Would use again and recommend to friends.”

“Jacqueline and Adam came over and showed me a lot of the deficiencies. On my ductwork that I did the whole house there was a lot of places the tape was not missing and also the air conditioning unit heater was completely off, but no duct tape. Adam Jacqueline was so nice that they taped everywhere. I need to tape that Hometown didn’t do that was supposed to do they did it for free. I definitely will use them from now on until I sell this house. I’m very disappointed with Hometown heating and air plus the person that came over was not a nice person at all Jeffrey did the estimate . I will not use them again ever.”

“It’s been a week since the service and repair and it’s working great. Kameron was very nice and professional. I have to commend him for working in such hot temperatures. His truck was stocked with what he needed for repair, so they come prepared! AC was up and running in an hour or less. They have a membership plan that includes yearly service that we did sign up for. It sounded like a good deal and could be a future life saver! Highly recommend.”

“Initially I was super angry because Mr sparky broke my air conditioner after doing an electrical fix for some wires. I had been waiting over 8 hours for this company to fix my unit and I was hot and aggravated!! Called so many times for updates I’m sure they were sick of me. But let me tell you when John got here he showed genuine concern for my problem. Asked me to explain my situation and i quickly remembered it wasn’t his fault or this companies fault. He was kind professional and fixed my unit so fast. To go into something angry and come out complete opposite was a happy surprise! Thank you all!!!”

“We came home from a Quick vacation and our air conditioner had stopped working while we were gone. It was 81° in the house! We had a miserable night sleeping but called one hour heating and air conditioning to come out and service our air conditioning for next Morning. Steven was here within just a few hours!
