“I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing last night and they sent Cristi out this morning to determine why I had water dripping under my kitchen sink. Cristi assessed the situation and found the problem right away. He immediately gave me the fix and cost. I asked him to look at a couple other things and he again gave me the fix and cost. I asked him to complete some of my issues and will plan another visit for the remainder. He also gave me my once a year plumbing inspection that I receive as part of my membership.
