But we got a response from Joel from One Hour H & AC, who came out early the next morning. We had to order a circuit-board for the furnace. It arrived later in the day, and then he came back out again that same day to get us up and running. A furnace is pretty important in the cold weather when the primary person in the household is an 83-year-old woman living by herself.
