He was also the technician that solved our A/C issues this summer. He is very professional and thorough and goes the extra mile. This summer we had a plugged drain line and water was backing up into the system. After another company just drained the drip tray (3 times in a matter of a month) I found gold with One Hour H&A! Darren promptly came out, found the issue and even a couple of other issues we didn't know about, and had our A/C back on within an hour. AND running better than it has in a long time! Now we're good for the winter too. I can't express how thankful we are and impressed with the service from this company!"
