"My mom's heat went out Monday morning and by the time she called me, the temperature was at 59° and dropping fast. I contacted One Hour Heating and AC and they gave me a window of 8a-12p. They were there by 8:35am and had the issue fixed within an hour! Prompt, efficient, professional, informative, and excellent customer service and communication! I was at work and couldn't be there with her; however, they kept me updated and I didn't have to worry about my mom. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and AC! (I initially tried to call the company that installed the unit and was not able to speak to anyone or leave a voicemail. One Hour Heating and AC did some duct work for my mom earlier this year so I contacted them and was not disappointed!)"
