"I called with an emergency situation and Robyn was very understanding and helped to ensure I was scheduled as soon as possible. She also continued to check in with me throughout the process. RJ was very patient when he was out to diagnosis the problem with my furnace and ensured he answered all my questions before departing. Elliot and Christian were out the next morning and were very efficient and cognizant of my home and tight schedule. They worked well together and I was comfortable having them in my home. Thank you to this team!"

"First snow day of the winter season and the heating went out. After calling several companies who informed me that their trucks were not running today due to the weather, I contacted One Hour and was told they could have someone out between 12-4. Micah called less than 30 minutes later and was at my home less than an hour after my call. Micah was very pleasant and respectful and informed me every step of the way and even showed me exactly what the problem was. He was very informative and explained everything to my understanding. I really appreciate the service from the company and from Micah. I will definitely continue my services with One Hour and definitely recommend their services."

"We had been without heat for almost two days. After contacting One Hour, the problem was found, a product package presented and found. Hugo and John had the new furnace installed, running and checked out in less than six hours. From initial contact to heat back on less than 12 hours. One Hour saved the day! Special mention goes to Micah Scorsone, who made the original service call. After diagnosing the problem, Micah found the products needed to fix the problem, put the quote together and made it possible for Hugo and John to install the package. Micah is totally professional, technically on top of his trade and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with him in the future."

"First time turning on the heat to our new system and it wouldn’t work. Ralph, Micah, & Matt have been great in figuring out what was going on. They were very thorough, apologetic, concerned for our comfortability, and left space heaters should we need them in the interim while our system was being worked on. So thankful for them and making this a smooth & easy fix!"

"Called at 9a on New Year's Eve day and, even though I was scheduled for a 2-6p slot, the technician was at my house by 11a! The technician ("RJ") was prompt, efficient, professional and very thorough with diagnosing and solving my furnace issue. He was also very patient in explaining the technical matters to me and answering all of my questions, with honesty and sincerity. He even took the time to prepare 4 separate invoices for me, showing my options/costs going forward with an old and aging HVAC/furnace system. I am very pleased with my service!"
