"A builder friend recommended One Hour Heating & AC yo me. I spoke with Mark on the phone around 2:40pm on a Friday afternoon. Caleb showed up at our home the same day to assess the situation. The next morning, Saturday, Caleb arrived early and began work. He finished mid day Sunday, and we had a new AC / Heat pump complete with outside condenser with wireless thermostat installed and working. I was very impressed! One Hour assessed our situation same day as opposed to roughly a one week turn around that other services were stating. Then, to top it all off, even though it was a big job, they began work on the very next day. Caleb, the installing technician, was very polite and professional. He was also knowledgeable and worked diligently until everything was complete. Once finished… we were charged the very fair price we had agreed to up front. No surprises or up charges!!! Usually when you’re over a barrel and need immediate help, the service provider will charge exorbitant prices or have a number of up charges at the end. That didn’t happen. I cannot say enough about the great service we experienced from these guys. We are extremely happy customers. I would highly recommend One Hour Heating & AC to anyone. And… for me, being able to give that kind of recommendation in this day and age is extremely rare. Great job guys!"
