"Josh was fantastic! We had an issue with our water heater and he came out within a couple of hours of us calling. He was friendly, knowledgable, and professional and fixed the problem quickly. After he fixed it, he even came back 30 mins later to make sure the fix worked. We will definitely contact Josh and One Hour for future needs. It's our second time using the company and we highly, highly recommend! 5 stars for sure!"
