“Fast, reliable and simply the best! My wife and I called One Hour Air because our AC wasn’t working properly, it was making loud noises and not properly cooling. Many came the same day, identified the problem and gave us options to resolve the issue. He thoroughly explained everything and was very patient with my wife and I. We decided to get a new unit and Manny even drove all the way to the office in Ft. Pierce then back to our house in Stuart to provide us with a portable cooler while we waited for our new unit to be installed. We put their portable unit in our room and I installed a window unit in our living room. On the day of install Monecello, Nathan and John showed up and the amazing experience continued. They laided down drop clothes, explained everything, took pictures and answered all of our questions. When they were finished installing it they removed the window unit from the living room and put it back in our garage, uninstalled their unit in our room and walked with us to checkout the unit outside, explaining what they did inside and outside. They asked before removing the ladder inside if I wanted to see the work they did, it was clean, professional and looked much better than how they found it. No other company compares. One Hour Air truly cares about their customers. Every time we call they are fast and friendly. They are the only company we trust working on our AC unit.”
