You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. “Fast, reliable and simply the best! My wife and I called One Hour Air because our AC wasn’t working properly, it was making loud noises and not properly cooling. Many came the same day, identified the problem and gave us options to resolve the issue. He thoroughly explained everything and was very patient with my wife and I. We decided to get a new unit and Manny even drove all the way to the office in Ft. Pierce then back to our house in Stuart to provide us with a portable cooler while we waited for our new unit to be installed. We put their portable unit in our room and I installed a window unit in our living room. On the day of install Monecello, Nathan and John showed up and the amazing experience continued. They laided down drop clothes, explained everything, took pictures and answered all of our questions. When they were finished installing it they removed the window unit from the living room and put it back in our garage, uninstalled their unit in our room and walked with us to checkout the unit outside, explaining what they did inside and outside. They asked before removing the ladder inside if I wanted to see the work they did, it was clean, professional and looked much better than how they found it. No other company compares.
