"Update 11/5/2024: Rich (and another gentleman, I apologize as I did not catch his name), came out to replace my entire hvac system recently. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these gentleman and this company. The job took about 7 hours, and from start to finish was easy and seamless. My floors were tarped inside so any dust, debris from work being done would not get onto my floors. They tested the system after installation to ensure everything was working properly. Very friendly and efficient service. You have made a lifelong customer out of me. Also big thanks to Len who came out the day prior to the installation to review with me, and my family (over the phone), which system I would be having installed, pricing, and handling all the details. He was able to make an appointment for a next day installation which I greatly appreciated. 20/10 experience, always wonderful service from One Hour Heating and Cooling and their employees. Thank you!!! Daniel came to my home today to do some repair work to my AC unit as it suddenly stopped working last night. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even took the time to speak to my out of state dad, to explain the work he was doing. 10/10 experience! Made a lifetime customer out of me today.
