You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. After reviewing where the installation would take place, we went over the specifics of sizing the new furnace and air condition equipment needed based on our homes square footage. We discussed the rebates for the equipment and the available financing thru NJNG Savegreen. He provided an invoice that showed the costs plus the discounts that evening via email. Overall, it was a very good meeting. Since we are also having additional work done thru their company they will be providing us with a new invoice consolidating both jobs with additional discounts for the new tankless water heater as well.
