"Joel arrived on time, and installed a humidifier onto our existing furnace. He explained how the system works, and showed me a couple different settings it offers. I offered him some coffee and he says “I don’t drink coffee”. He likes tea! So, we made him a London fog tea latte, which was an Earl grey black tea with steamed milk and vanilla and lavender syrup, he didn’t leave a single drop. Take care of your technicians and they’ll take even more care with your home."
