“Was a very good visit. Trenell was awesome. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I named him "Magic touch".😃 We had an issue with the heater on our Unit. A bad part caused a fuse to blow and disabled the Thermostat. Trenell fixed that. He discovered that our System Monitor had been disconnected when the new AC unit was installed. “Adam did a fantastic job servicing our AC today and ensuring the Freon level was optimal for better cooling. Before his visit, the unit struggled to keep up with the heat, running for long periods and only effectively cooling the home at night when the sun wasn’t a factor. Adam was also very professional and respectful, covering his feet every time he entered the house. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure all my questions were answered.
