"Raynard and Jay did an outstanding job replacing the air ducts in our house. Super professional, knowledgeable, confident and kind which I appreciate. Very thorough in the process and explained as much as possible to multiple family members along the way. "Was a very good visit. Trenell was awesome. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I named him "Magic touch".😃 We had an issue with the heater on our Unit. A bad part caused a fuse to blow and disabled the Thermostat. Trenell fixed that. He discovered that our System Monitor had been disconnected when the new AC unit was installed. He fixed that, and installed new lights. Gave us good advice about AC filters.. He's a Senior Tech for a reason! Thank you for making our day."

"Renu was so knowledgeable and friendly! He went above and beyond to double check everything before leaving and thankfully he did, he found a large clog in addition to the faulty part. He spent over an hour making sure everything was cleared and running properly. He was very diligent in cleaning up before leaving. We are finally starting to cool down! I will definitely be recommending 1hr Air to all my friends, family, and neighbors! They have been nothing short of excellent in communication, thoroughness, and knowledge. 10/10 highly recommend!"

"One Hour Air came out today to install a new AC Coil. Raynard was professional, efficient & worked quickly on the install. The Techs I’ve worked with have been knowledgeable & kind enough to help me move a couple of things aside before & after working. They also take pictures of inside the unit before during & after the work is performed."

"Andres was so professional and timely. He had to come out at 9:30pm to fix my air in my condo. He was able to troubleshoot the issue, offer a fair price, and fix it quickly. Thank you so much for great service and a friendly and knowledgeable technician. Also the representative that answered my initial call setup the appointment very fast and gave me an estimate and arrival time within a few minutes."
