"Our water heater broke and 1 Hour Heating and Air Conditioning lived up to their name. A technician came out the same day and determined the water heater was not fixable. We set up a replacement appointment. The had a change in scheduling and did the install the next day! Everyone from the phone call to the install was polite, enthusiastic, caring, and professional. I highly recommend 1 Hour Heating and Air Conditioning!"
