“I needed a spring checkup, so I called a pro. Louis was awesome! It was raining when he got here, so he put on his shoe covers to keep my floors clean, made friends with my doggies and got to work. He took my unit apart and cleaned it all up, then went through it and made sure everything was working properly. I felt like my ac wasn’t cooling as well as it should, so he checked everything out. In no time at all he had my house chilly like it’s supposed to be. All that for a very reasonable price. “After a terrible experience with another company that misdiagnosed my one-year-old Minisplit compressor as having 'toasted' electronic boards (with a $2,000 parts + labor quote and a refusal to install my warranty-covered replacements), I was incredibly frustrated. The technicians quickly identified and fixed a problem with the electric line feeding the unit. Once power was restored, my supposedly broken compressor worked perfectly!
