"This business is top-notch. They had someone available immediately; the technician was very knowledgeable and concerned about our safety and made sure everything was taken care of immediately. The furnace wasn't safe and needed the gas turned off. Within 2 hours they had another tech at the house to access everything and a new furnace will be installed first thing in the morning. They go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and treat you as family. They also had us set up for other repairs within a few days concerning electric and plumbing. New furnace installed early the next day. Humidifier, hepa filters and beautifully clean air! Thank you so much! Very happy!"

"Hunter was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and has excellent customer service skills! He explained why and what he was doing in layman's terms. His troubleshooting started with the quickest and least expensive fix before moving on. Note - we were without heat on the coldest weekend of the year with a holiday Monday! Our thanks go out to One Hour Heating and Hunter!"

"Jacob did a wonderful job explain to me what he was doing. I asked them a number of questions and he solved the issues of the gas pressure being too high. And adjusted it to where it needed to be also he mentioned that I should get my ducks clean however at this time the cost of the duck cleaning. Yes. A little bit out of my budget right now. Otherwise everything that 1 hour and Jacob did for me today was great."

"Very pleased with the consultation, though I wish he had better news. Mark was professional, respectful, kind to our dogs and us, and we look forward to the next phase in our heater repairs!! To follow up... heater was installed today (a Saturday) and both installers were professional, respectful of our property, kind to our dogs, and did a great job overall! I am glad the first heating company we called "wasnt accepting new customers" because we had a fantastic experience here."

"Mike was professional and explained what he was doing. He brought to my attention that our UV bulbs needed to be replaced. I wasn’t happy with the price but I understand. He made me aware that the bulbs should have been replaced in 2021. I’m glad he took the extra time. Thanks Mike!."
