“On Friday morning at 1am my heat went out on my furnace. I tried for a couple hours to get the heat to kick back on and it wouldn't. Especially with the frost freeze warning my house thankfully stayed in the upper 60's I called just to get an AI operator not to pleased with that. So my mother called and finalled asked for a real person to talk to. They called and set up an emergency call for Friday afternoon. Thankfully my next door neighbor was home off because he's a police officer. Tom Smith came out and did a tempory fix until he could get the part needed to make the heat work in our house. This morning he came out fixed our heat and was absolutely wonderful to work with and talk to. Me and my mom would personally like to thank Tom for helping us out.
