"I've GOT to tell y'all about my most recent experience with One-Hour Air. The previous owners of the company sold us a brand new Trane AC and a 10-year, free parts and labor warranty 3 years ago ("can't stop a Trane", right?!) then sold the company to the current group of talented, knowledgeable professionals. Keep in mind that the current owners of One-Hour received not ONE PENNY of the monies from the sale of the unit and warranty. Over the last two weeks, the system developed leaks and part failures that no-one would expect from a product like Trane. The technician they sent out--Josh Perez--was courteous, professional, and definitely new his stuff. From the first call, when the inside temp was 86 degrees and rising, Josh was out several times replacing parts as they failed and performing system checks between part failures--the leak (coil/core?) in the attic unit, a dryer/filter in the outside unit, a defective float/safety switch thingamajig repaired by the on-call tech (Jalen Godfrey--another true pro--when Josh was unavailable) at 9pm one evening. At every step Josh did what ever it took to make sure we were comfortable, at times, literally bending over backwards! And for all of the parts, all of Josh's visits and labor, One-Hour Air charged us a whopping ZERO DOLLARS! George Brazil, you've got NOTHING on One-Hour Air. and One-Hour whatever you're paying Josh "ain't enough"--he's worth every penny, and THEN some! Can't thank you guys enough."
