"Russell Kacher got my furnace back working and this was an archaic unit that most techs would’ve walked away from, he diagnosed the issue and rewired a poorly installed transformer and the flames literally went up and the blower fan was on 60 seconds later. Literal life saver and a super nice young man, 10/10 and would call and ask for Russell!"

"We had One Hour come out to setup HVAC inspections last Summer. Ali has been exceptionally accommodating and knowledgeable, and their pricing is incredibly fair and flexible. They are always punctual and typically arrive same day. We’re on our 6 year anniversary with a multi-floor Lennox system and the Zone Control Board failed. This controls the dampers for multiple areas. They were able to make repairs, however, some weeks later, the unit failed completely. Thankfully, they applied the entire prior repair cost to the new replacement! Ali is so informative and willing to help avoid excessive expenditures! Knowing that our devices seem to be designed to fail these days, it’s refreshing to work with a company who understands this. I highly recommend One Hour Frisco. They are so courteous, competent, and professional and so very helpful! Thank you!"

"John arrived within the time he said he would. Brought shoe covers for his shoes and began looking for a leak. Unfortunately the leak is underground and needs more intensive work. He temporarily got the AC working and explained everything that he did and needed to do to resolve the issue. I highly recommend One Hour Air Conditioning of the Treasure Coast. Zack arrived today to remove the Freon and pressurize the pipes. Hopefully tomorrow when he returns the leak will be visible and able to be repaired. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable. Both days great service! Zack did a great job making sure everything was put back together and the HVAC was performing. Great job."
