I ended up replacing my unit and after it was installed, Chris came out to check on the concerns I had about the duct work and one aspect of the installation. The office called me the same day to schedule a remediation for the installation issue. Final outcome is pending on that, but overall One Hour Heating and Air, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and Mr Sparky technicians have been great to work with.”

“Had a crazy morning helping out a friend with an AC service while he was out of town. Was very fortunate to get Tyler from One Hour as he went above and beyond helping me push a car with a dead battery out and in the garage so he was able to access the handlers. He assisted in trying to get it jump started all while still getting his actual job done. AC fixed, crisis averted. He was upbeat and nothing but helpful the whole time.
