"I give the highest praise to One Hour Heating & Air. It is Friday and didn't want to be short on time or emergency fees. I called another company at 11:30am. I verified to make sure what the cost to get this company to my Airbnb. They told me there was no trip charge and they will be there between 2pm and 4pm. They called at 330 to say they wouldn't get here til 5:15 and said by the way do you know it's $159 to show because they are from Colorado Springs. So, it's 3:30pm and I have to start from scratch. Called a few companies and got the same answer. It was too late to get someone out there. I called One Hour Heating and Laurie answered the phone and was sympathetic to my needs. The Airbnb was registering as 32 degrees inside and I was trying not to cry. She was able to send me Brandon! With his charming personality and his knowledge he had me up and running in no time. They are reasonably priced and nothing but professionalism. Laurie and Brandon, I wish there were more people like you that care for their company they work for and people like me! You both saved me some tears! Thank you, Eloise V."
