"After having an ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE time dealing with GEM, (avoid that company at all cost!), we had a very refreshing and positive experience with Regan. Roland was a fantastic sales and site manager. He was very responsive, arrived on time to see the property, answered all questions and provided a reasonable quote quickly. We were put on the books for installation within a decent period time and we did not need to be present for the install. The crew (Max, Dylan, and Orlando), arrived as promised and did what they were supposed to do without any issues. They even left the property pretty much exactly as they found it. Even the office staff (Stephanie) who helped with the rebates, was extremely helpful and clear about what was needed and what to expect.
