"My wife and I were at a loss with the lack of heating we were getting from our heating system in the house we recently moved into. With a baby on the way I knew something had to be done. I spent the next 2 months getting quotes from 6 different companies, all stated my heating and venting needed to be completely rebuilt. The cheapest quote we got was $55,000. Not one quote could we afford the monthly financing. I sent a Hail Mary and contacted Regan and they sent ROLAND to come and inspect our system. Right off the bat Roland did something no other person did. He pulled the filter shield off and I instantly saw more air pressure. He then went to every vent and found they were hot so there was no venting problem there was air pressure issue. Two weeks later they arrived and their team did a fantastic job with the install of our new system. Now we are sitting in a perfectly heated home ready for our baby to arrive for FAR less than half of every other quote we received. To say I would recommend Regan would be an understatement. "I contacted Regan at the recommendation of a family member who had had a very good experience with them a number of years ago. I had been told by another company that I needed a new boiler. Regan did a full assessment of my house, but also said they didn’t think I needed a new boiler and suggested I get another evaluation before they would proceed. I wound up getting my heating system checked out by three independent companies and they all agreed I didn’t need a new boiler. So I credit Regan for their thoroughness and honesty."

"We have been using Regan for many years for both air conditioning and heating. They installed - and service - our heat pump and high efficiency heating system. Our experiences with Regan have been great, and we appreciate their timely response for both regular service, and when we've had any issues (which are few). Recently, Eric the service technician came out to do the annual service on the heating system and he was courteous, thorough in explaining things, and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Regan."

"It's easy to be happy with a company and service when everything goes smoothly, but a real test is how the company handles things when it isn't easy. Nothing is ever straightforward or easy in our old house, and when the unit that was recommended turned out not to be enough for our space, Regan worked with us and made it right! Sales staff, installation staff, and administrative staff were ALL concerned, helpful, pleasant, friendly, polite, and professional throughout every interaction. They did an A+ job and we are so happy with our new mini split system!"

"After having an ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE time dealing with GEM, (avoid that company at all cost!), we had a very refreshing and positive experience with Regan. Roland was a fantastic sales and site manager. He was very responsive, arrived on time to see the property, answered all questions and provided a reasonable quote quickly. We were put on the books for installation within a decent period time and we did not need to be present for the install. The crew (Max, Dylan, and Orlando), arrived as promised and did what they were supposed to do without any issues. They even left the property pretty much exactly as they found it. I was kept updated throughout the entire process and felt extremely comfortable all the while. Even the office staff (Stephanie) who helped with the rebates, was extremely helpful and clear about what was needed and what to expect. The entire process was exceptional and it’s reassuring to know that there are quality businesses who care about customer satisfaction still out there. Regan is where we will continue to go for all of our A/C and heating needs going forward, and we dearly hope that they NEVER surrender and sell out to the terrible company mentioned above.
