“I called Regan in a semi-emergency because my furnace stopped working reliably in the middle of February. It was having trouble lighting and I didn't know when it would stop altogether. I was having to manually light it on a daily basis. I asked to have someone come out to give me a quote to install a new furnace ASAP. They were originally able to come out 4 days later but when I explained my situation to the secretary she immediately reached out to Roland and he came out that same day within an hour. He talked me through everything and answered all of my questions as I was concerned since we have an asbestos flue. A previous company told me they didn't think they would be able to install a high efficiency furnace due to our house layout. Instead they would have to install a standard efficiency furnace which would involve a lot more work due to our asbestos flue and would cost well over $10,000. Roland immediately put my mind at ease and assured me they would be able to install a high efficiency furnace so we could avoid any issues related to the asbestos flue and it would cost less than $10,000 (for a better product!) They came out 6 days later to install our new furnace. Roland gave me his personal number and told me to contact him anytime if our heat stopped working altogether and he would get someone out sooner. I did reach out to him a couple times with some questions/concerns prior to the new furnace being installed and he responded immediately. On install day we had 3 techs come out as well as Roland to make sure I didn't have any questions/concerns. They removed our 35 year old standard efficiency furnace and installed the new high efficiency furnace in 6 hours. They were all extremely courteous and respectful and the job was done seamlessly. “My wife and I were at a loss with the lack of heating we were getting from our heating system in the house we recently moved into. With a baby on the way I knew something had to be done. I spent the next 2 months getting quotes from 6 different companies, all stated my heating and venting needed to be completely rebuilt. The cheapest quote we got was $55,000. Not one quote could we afford the monthly financing. I sent a Hail Mary and contacted Regan and they sent ROLAND to come and inspect our system. Right off the bat Roland did something no other person did. He pulled the filter shield off and I instantly saw more air pressure. He then went to every vent and found they were hot so there was no venting problem there was air pressure issue. Two weeks later they arrived and their team did a fantastic job with the install of our new system. Now we are sitting in a perfectly heated home ready for our baby to arrive for FAR less than half of every other quote we received. To say I would recommend Regan would be an understatement. “I contacted Regan at the recommendation of a family member who had had a very good experience with them a number of years ago. I had been told by another company that I needed a new boiler.
