"Juan M. arrived well within the specified window and came in with a smile. He went right to work, and even changed outthe old filters for us (we had them, but can't climb ladders). He asked a few questions about the age of our system, and talked about some possible things we may want to consider in the future. Thank you Juan and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. "My AC went down after a power outage/surge. I called and the tech was out at my house within 45 min of calling for 1st time service on a Saturday! This was great response time! The tech was super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He gave me quotes on items and services he thought I may need and made sure everything was running right before leaving. I am now set up with a service contract for them to come out every 6 months. Great company! Extremely professional!"
