He took the time to explain the issue in detail, which I really appreciated, and worked efficiently to get everything fixed. "I have never had an exemplary air-conditioning service in an emergency like I did last night. I called Air Around the Clock at 6pm last night and they quoted me a $225 call out fee plus whatever it will be to fix. I told them I had water in the pan and they said it would be an additional $195. I hung up on them. I called One Hour and they gave me a time frame, waived the $99 call out fee because it was my first time with them and they were at my house within two hours. They text me with a mini biography of the technician. Robert Baumann was his name. Extremely professional, I told him he did not need to wear the shoe coverings and he said company policy and put them on. I ended up paying $150. I highly recommend this company. Overall a terrific outcome to a crappy ac situation."
