"Ayo was incredibly professional. He was very respectful and took care of our furnace perfectly. I wish that ONE HOUR meant ONE HOUR. Waiting DAYS without a furnace was awful. Especially when it was below freezing and pipes could have frozen. Customer service was horrendous. Called every day having no heat. Being a part of the COMFORT CLUB means absolutely nothing. What a racket!!!"

"Top notch customer service for annual preventive maintenance and super nice tech. Did the preventive maintenance on our furnace and found another highly worn part deeper in the furnace that was in bad shape. He replaced it and cleaned up everything nicely. I would recommend Odunayo, but not the company. Our Oil furnace would not work and we had to wait for 3.5 days for the company to get someone out to us, we had diminishing heat with the heat pump, but as it got colder the further the temp dropped in the house. The company needs to hire more technicians if they want to call themselves "One Hour". Odunayo is a great technician and very polite, he was at our home until a little after 8PM."

"The furnace with system off self started with air on and heat on the same time. I thought for sure it was the thermostat which I replaced but that did not work. I called One Hour who sent Connor out to diagnose . He found it was not the furnace's fault but the wires between the furnace and thermostat had deteriorated. The wire itself showed no outer damage but inside was damaged with age. Job well done."
