"AAA Northgate arrived about an hour after I called them on an early Saturday morning in January when my furnace broke down. I had to wait 5 days (without heat) for a new heat exchanger to be ordered, though I don't consider the long wait their fault since my furnace broke at probably the worst time of the week. (The exchanger was covered under warranty.) They installed it as soon as it arrived, were quickly able to find and replace a defective part, and were very professional and competent."
