“After a terrible experience with another company that misdiagnosed my one-year-old Minisplit compressor as having 'toasted' electronic boards (with a $2,000 parts + labor quote and a refusal to install my warranty-covered replacements), I was incredibly frustrated. They even suggested I replace the entire system for $12,000!
Finding a company willing to work on a Minisplit and install my own parts proved challenging. After 5 or 6 rejections, "One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Ellis County" was a breath of fresh air. They immediately agreed to help and sent a team the next day.
The technicians quickly identified and fixed a problem with the electric line feeding the unit. Once power was restored, my supposedly broken compressor worked perfectly!
