Meet the Team

Steve became Owner of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in 2005 after a 20 year career in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Management. He holds a Master Mechanical license in addition to having held several other licenses including his Professional Engineering license. His desire is to provide world class service to the Kansas City Metro area.

Denise has been an Owner of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning since 2005. She is active in recruiting top-notch talent as well as helping to establish the winning culture that One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning has become known for in the HVAC industry across the KC Metro. She has a keen interest in assuring that every customer has a WOW! experience and is 100% Satisfied with their experience with One Hour.

Jimmy has many years of experience in customer service with top notch performance. In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys participating in, and watching sports, discovering new hiking trails, traveling, fishing, and hunting.

Jacob came to One Hour in 2019 and very quickly became a valuable Service Technician. He has a growing family and enjoys spending time with them when he's not working.

Matt joined our team in 2020. Along with being an experienced HVAC Technician, Matt is also a Military Police Officer with the US Army National Guard. In his spare time, Matt enjoys hunting with his family.

Eli is as sharp as he is tall! He has many years of experience in the HVAC field and continues to delight our customers. Eli plays on our company basketball team, and has saved us from looking really bad, to holding our own.

George, who goes by "Curry", brings to us years of experience in the HVAC field, as well as in the armed services, and in training others. Always courteous, polite, and respectful of others, Curry will never disappoint customers with his mannerisms and expertise. In his spare time, Curry enjoys keeping up with his acreage. Ask him about his fresh tilapia tank!

Will decided on a career in the HVAC field, right out of high school. We think he made the right choice! He is knowledgeable, courteous, and always has a smile. Will plays on a rugby team here in the Kansas City area, so let him know if you'd like to watch him in action!

Ethan joined us as an apprentice, while attending Johnson County Community College's HVAC program. Within a few months, he became a proficient Installer.

You can't stay unhappy if you're around Brendon. Brendon is always aware of others and his motto is: "I just want everyone around me to have a good day." This is reflected in his work and attitude. Brendon loves the art of installing HVAC equipment and enjoys the satisfaction of a happy customer.

Kyle has been with One Hour for over 15 years and has been involved in almost every aspect of the business operations. Currently, Kyle serves as General Manager, overseeing all day to day operations. He is an avid Royals and Chiefs fan, is a "sneaky" good interior decorator, and enjoys attending as many concerts as his schedule allows. Kyle is a downtown Lee's Summit resident.

Caleb has been involved in the One Hour Operations from the ground up! He started in the scrap yard, progressed to the Installer position, Lead Installer, Service Technician, Selling Technician, Field Advisor, and now functions as our Operations Manager. Caleb is responsible for classroom training, and for riding along with our Technicians and Installers and insuring that all tasks are completed according to our Operational Excellence procedures.

Victor oversees the Installation Department, Warehouse, and Facility. He also is our in-house Aeroseal Duct Sealing expert. Having served for over 20 years in a local Police Department, Victor has learned the value of keeping things organized and disciplined, and has transferred that skill to the One Hour Operations functions.

Stephanie graduated with a degree in Accounting from Missouri State University and is responsible for accounting functions with One Hour. In her spare time, she and her family love spending time at the lake!

Bret joined One Hour in 2019 and is quickly becoming a Customer Fave! He is an expert at serving customers and helping them to have the needed knowledge to make a wise decision regarding their HVAC system.
