We’d like to take a moment to share with you the extra precautions we're taking as we all work together to halt the Coronavirus pandemic:

We prepare to enter your home. Before entering your home (or any building) to inspect the pipes, furnace, A/C unit or whatever, our technicians arrive wearing rubber gloves and immediately don protective footwear covers. They will then ask if they can wash their hands thoroughly. Furthermore, we'll use your home's optimal entry point at your request to reach our worksite with the least interaction, and where interaction is needed we practice distancing techniques. Also, you can call our office to make a payment - no iPad signing!

We're always friendly, but we respect everyone's space. Call it Social Distancing or Physical Distancing, the fact is we all must keep it for now. No handshakes (for now), but you know the folks at Modern Mechanical's family of companies One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, Mister Sparky Electrical and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing are always good for a smile and friendly greeting (from more than six feet away)!

We're telling employees who aren't feeling well to stay home. It's everyone's responsibility to protect our most vulnerable neighbors, so we're taking any potential coronavirus symptom seriously. If a technician feels at all ill, they'll be sent to their home, not yours.

No problem if you need to cancel due to an illness in the household. We'll be available to visit your home for HVAC, plumbing or electrical services once you or the family member has returned to good health. If anyone in the home gets sick soon after our technicians visit, please let our office know so we can protect others.
