"Kyle was great and seriously so helpful. He explained everything, had pictures for us, talked us through the full fix/our options, and was very efficient and friendly. He worked around us and our 9 month old baby, and made sure we would be able to get her cool and comfy in time for bedtime. I would absolutely recommend the wonderful folks at One Hour!"

"Mr. Taylor, our technician was extremely professional and proficient. He arrived on time and immediately started diagnosing our unit (we have three). He was able to quickly troubleshoot and isolate the problem, then have it repaired and back running within an hour. I was totally impressed and pleased with the service. In addition, he explained everything that he did along the way, even though I had very limited knowledge of the process or the system as I am a tenant/renter at the location. Hats off to Mr. Taylor. Job well done!"

"Jeremy was amazing! He was very thorough and informative, and he also made sure that he inspected every possible cause as to why my AC wasn’t working. It was a great experience, and if I have any other issues I would definitely use this company. There was a quick response and they sent Jeremy out the same day."

"Kyle A. was my technician today. He came in and identified a low voltage controller issue that had resulted in my electric strip heater coming on as the same time as my cooling system. That resulted in overload of the control board fuse after a 4 day period of high supply air temperatures. He was courteous and skilled. Highly recommend."

Michael and the installation team knocked it out of the park; they worked quickly and efficiently while being courteous to maneuver around a toddler. I would highly recommend to anyone."
