"I was skeptical to use anyone because there are so many agencies, and you don't know who to use. I am a new homeowner and knew that home repairs were part of that process. I brought a previously owned home and with the cold spell, I realized the heater was not working. I called One Hour, and they were responsive and accommodating to my schedule. The service man Ben was great, respectful, and did a great restoring heat. He explained to me what he was doing and just demonstrated great customer service."
