"I have been using One Hour Air Conditioning for awhile now. I switched to their help after getting frustrated with another company that “fixed” things in a very temporary fashion. I have been part of the One Hour Air maintenance membership and they perform some of the most thorough review and diagnosis of a system that I have ever seen just to take stock of everything, see what you’ve got, what you need, and have base measurement readings for future visits. It takes awhile, but they are very thorough. The club offers discounted pricing, and overall I have been happy with these guys. I have had work done by Jonathan and also Wei and was happy with both gentlemen. They take pictures to really show you the problems and I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of .
