"I was skeptical to use anyone because there are so many agencies, and you don't know who to use. I am a new homeowner and knew that home repairs were part of that process. I brought a previously owned home and with the cold spell, I realized the heater was not working. I called One Hour, and they were responsive and accommodating to my schedule. The service man Ben was great, respectful, and did a great restoring heat. He explained to me what he was doing and just demonstrated great customer service."

"Phenomenal job! My former air conditioner was not working and I knew it had to be replaced, Jonathan came out for a service call and learned I was in the market for a new system. I was of course going to shop around, Jonathan was able to get a system installed THE NEXT DAY! VERY IMPRESSIVE and highly recommend this company and you might qualify for a rebate from your utility company! P .S 10 yr warranty!"
