“Amber did a great job. I say that because she had to clean up all the mistakes that were caused by the installers of my new HVAC last May. This is the second time someone has corrected the mistakes. All that being said, I will say at this time I am so upset and have been for years with Petrie One Hour Heating And Cooling. They are high pressuring in sales. Brendan who sold me my unit was such a high pressuring man and then the two young men that came out to put it in were too young. They did not have the experience and then it was a rainy day, which I asked they not install on that day but again Brandon said I had no say in that, which caused them to drag mud in and out of the house andin the lower level where the HVAC was located. I had to clean my carpet after it was finished. I cannot tell you how upset I have been with the service, the battle I had about even receiving an invoice and other information about what kind of a HVAC I even had installed. For a cost of over $12,000, there were no documents given to me at all. From the very start with the high pressuring from the sales person, Brandon, to the very expensive cost of this HVAC, to the Installation, to the lack of any response regarding concerns I’ve had, Pietre One Hour has not been supportive. I’m so sorry i continued to be loyal to them as they certainly were not loyal to me a 25 year Customer. Unfortunately I now learn of their bad reputation by many others. I only hope this message will help others not to experience what I have, Thank you, Amber for all you did for me: cleaning out of my dehumidifier, which One Hour was supposed to be maintaining for me and had not, for finding all the other Installation errors in my HVAC, for making me feel like I finally received some service that was much needed. Please be aware when making this very costly purchase that you have a good installer and service provider behind you. Fran Soper”
