"Everyone from the office staff to the technician were absolutely wonderful! I had an emergency after 5pm and they were at my home within 45 minutes. They quickly repaired the A/C and took pictures and videos of the repair to show me!"

He explained the service he was performing, recommended a service plan and future services our unit will probably need ( w/o any pressure).
