"If you want somebody to do the right job and quickly these guys are it. John came out on a Sunday asap with two young kids at home to give us service. He gave us choices in regards to units that were fairly priced. I had competitors here that would only give me one price for a certain unit and it was thousands over what I could afford. I felt John did a great job and offering us choices. He took the information on Sunday and drove up to Vanderbilt Road 30 minutes away to get us a portable air conditioning unit and happily drove back To install it for us so we had some air-conditioning. We were out of air since Friday.. The technicians showed up on Monday morning early and put the air-conditioning in without a hitch, these guys were great. They put an affordable carrier system in my home, and I could not be more satisfied. One hour will be my go to choice from now on…..great service. Great job!!!"
