He completed the maintenance, inspection and he also installed a compressor saver because the unit was drawing too much power when the it kicked on. "I can’t say enough about this company, or their employees ( Tonianne) was very knowledgeable and thorough about the process that she performed on my heating and cooling system. She worked diligently and got my heat going without any issues whatsoever. She did not have one particular part she needed, so she called the office and had it brought to her so she could complete the job. Very dedicated employee, that cares about people and her job. I would rate her a 20 if I could, that’s how pleasant she was to work with. One happy customer here !!!"

"Caleb and Bryan both did an awesome job for us. Both were friendly and honest and didn’t try to sell us anything we did not need but also explained very clearly what we did need and why. Both are great techs and One Hour should do everything they can to keep employees like them! Bryan went the extra mile for us to help and genuinely deserves a raise. Would recommend this company based on the quality of the character of both these guys coupled with their excellent work."
