"This associate delivered the best maintenance service of any One Hour Heating and Air I have ever experienced, and this residence has been serviced by them since 2008! Christian is super-focused on task and is efficient and thorough. He explains things effectively and provides information that leaves the customer feeling good about the systems that are installed in the residence, like the new air scrubber that was installed earlier in the year. The clean attic filter report was likely a result of the scrubber. Christian also installed 5 new batteries in my smoke alarms and cleaned the dryer vent before beginning his regular maintenance. These were new, and much appreciated, services. Christian is an exemplary representative of the organization."

"Was serviced today by Paul who appeared very knowledgeable about his profession. He was very polite and friendly. However the maintenance Yearly fee is a joke! When the man came out to give batteries change air filters and inspection that all was in working order our unit inside was making a loud noise. That individual stated that all was OK as long as nothing was leaking. 3 weeks later Paul said there was too high of electricity reading running our unit which almost caused him to burn his hand. Paul was very professional as the maintenance person really didn't have a clue. When my wife contacted the one hour office they did not have the same story as we were told."
