"Dexter just finished his evaluation of our current system, and even though it was not what I wanted to hear I truly appreciated the time he spent to explain everything in laymen terms for me to understand. We've been with One Hour for over 10 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Quick response and capable personal."

"Caleb and Bryan both did an awesome job for us. Both were friendly and honest and didn’t try to sell us anything we did not need but also explained very clearly what we did need and why. Both are great techs and One Hour should do everything they can to keep employees like them! Bryan went the extra mile for us to help and genuinely deserves a raise. Would recommend this company based on the quality of the character of both these guys coupled with their excellent work."

"This associate delivered the best maintenance service of any One Hour Heating and Air I have ever experienced, and this residence has been serviced by them since 2008! Christian is super-focused on task and is efficient and thorough. He explains things effectively and provides information that leaves the customer feeling good about the systems that are installed in the residence, like the new air scrubber that was installed earlier in the year. The clean attic filter report was likely a result of the scrubber. Christian also installed 5 new batteries in my smoke alarms and cleaned the dryer vent before beginning his regular maintenance. These were new, and much appreciated, services. Christian is an exemplary representative of the organization."

"I have had One Hour for many, many years and have never had a bad experience with them. On my recent tune-up, the technician Zack that came to my home was just top notch. Knowledgeable, friendly, loved my dogs and was an all around upstanding nice guy!!"

"Eddie did a great job and was prompt and very polite and friendly. He was not able to bring the appropriate filters because, even though I notified the office in plenty of time, Eddie had little notice and there is no supply station in Charleston--only in Myrtle Beach. It seems to me that this is a systematic error. The techs have never had the appropriate filters with them when they come. Maybe you should consider having a profile on each client so that the techs know what will be necessary to bring with them and also a supply station in Charleston so they can have more ready access to the needed supplies. I know you will drop off the required filters at a later date, but I have already gone to the grocery store and bought and installed them myself. Eddie had 2 14x14x1 inch filters which he installed and I had an extra 20x24x1 inch which he also installed. The rest required a trip to the store. Installing the filters is no big deal, but since it's supposed to be part of the maintenance service, you should examine your procedures to prevent inconvenience to your clients."
