"Larsen Kimble kept us informed with all of the issues encountered during the 36 day ordeal that we had to go through. Larsen constantly had to deal with the tech people to figure out each issue that arose. The fact that the manufacturer initially provided a unit that was the wrong one, then provided a unit that was not programmed with a heat inverter, caused many problems and LONG delays. Larsen was always on top of things and was very cordial with us. In fact, he was as upset and frustrated as we were. And he spent many hours at our home trying to make things right. In the end, it was Larsen, not the tech people, who figured out the solution, which showed how knowledgeable he is. Many thanks to Larsen and the rest of his team."
