"Our A/C unit is 27 years old and although it is working fine at the moment, we believe it is on borrowed time. Called One Hour and they sent out a technician to inspect the unit. We were given options for repair/replacement and estimate of cost. Dean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, no hard sell tactics. "Jacob went the extra mile thru out. From inspecting and trouble shooting the old furnace to recommending a new one when he had exhausted all possible repairs were not going to be cost effective. Jacob and his partner Elijah installed the new furnace. I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They explained the process to me all the way and did not mind answering all my question. Elijah even went above his duties to place silicone sealant around a roof vent that he noticed was lacking while he was up on the roof. Just a great experience overall my Mom was extremely pleased. As a side note both these guys worked there day off to do this install for my Mom. With Jacob even traveling to Grand Junction to purchase the furnace. EXTRA MILE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
