"(7/12/24) I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me today. My service provider, Mir, did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. UPDATE!!! 7/24/24 There was a piece left off of my unit when the technicians came back to replace a part my unit needed after having the coils and blower cleaned. I was pretty upset with this situation, especially when the manager told me the piece I was talking about should have been removed at install. I knew this was not the case. Thankfully, they sent a tech back out here today to pit the part back in. Yasser, is who they sent out today. Thanks for moving on this quickly! I greatly appreciate it!"

He wasn't annoyed as I followed him around asking questions and that alone is priceless. I was very happy with his work and will be using this company again. "Yasser was excellent! He called me in advance to manage expectations (it was raining so there was a chance that the service could not be performed during the visit) - which I really appreciated. It stopped raining when he arrived and he was able to solve the AC problem quickly. He was super careful inside the house as well - he kept the door closed for the cats, and took the time to cover his shoes. I definitely recommend him! High quality work and great communication!"
