"(7/12/24) I was very pleased with the service that was provided to me today. My service provider, Mir, did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Keep up the great work, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. UPDATE!!! 7/24/24 There was a piece left off of my unit when the technicians came back to replace a part my unit needed after having the coils and blower cleaned. I was pretty upset with this situation, especially when the manager told me the piece I was talking about should have been removed at install. I knew this was not the case. Thankfully, they sent a tech back out here today to pit the part back in. Yasser, is who they sent out today. Thanks for moving on this quickly! I greatly appreciate it!"

He explained the system operations to me and my wife and did an excellent job of installing the system. AC Tech Alberto also was very professional. When I notice a leak in one of the units, he diligently work on the problem until it was corrected. Both of these techs are an asset to one hour air."
