"I couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Ben and Andrey did during my HVAC annual maintenance! They were extremely thorough, going above and beyond by cleaning out caked-on debris inside my unit that I didn’t even know was there. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and they left everything working perfectly. On top of that, they were so nice and professional throughout the whole process. It’s clear they genuinely care about their work and their customers. I’ll definitely be using their services again and referring them to all my friends and family. Highly recommend!"

"Awesome experience with this company. We've used another company in the area for 15 years and when our HVAC unit had some issues this month, we were given two choices - a $5,000 repair or a $20,000 replacement. I wanted a second opinion, so I called One Hour. They came the same day, took a look at our system, and told us there was no need to get a new system and that the repair would be a fraction of the cost of what we were quoted by the other service provider. Their tech was a super friendly guy with a lot of knowledge and experience. We had a great conversation about what was going on with our unit - he was able to explain us what was going on in terms we could understand. Highly recommend One Hour."
