When complete, the air-conditioning was not working well, and one of the same installers came on short notice, and after hours to check the system. He increased the motor speed, still within specifications, and the system has performed well since. I had guests from Norway (they are used to cool temps) coming that day, and getting the cooling working was really appreciated. I'm very happy! I have also had commercial service which was done in a professional manner."

"My AC blower started making a noise on Sunday and I called Monday morning to see if someone at AirExpress could come and see what was going on. They were booked solid, but they said someone would come sometime that day anyway and check it out. They did. There was an issue with the fan and motor, and they tried to adjust it to make it work while they ordered parts. The next morning there was a loud clunk and the blower stopped. I turned things off and called. They came later that day and looked at it and said it looked like it was beyond fixing. They said the parts would be in the next day and then brought in a portable AC unit so I didn't have to be hot in my bedroom. It was very thoughtful. The next day the technician came in and pulled out the old unit and it was toast. A blade on the blower was dangling and the motor had broken it's motor mount. The replacement didn't take long and when he left, the unit was so quiet I could barely hear it. I really appreciate how these folks took care of me and the problem so quickly, even though I wasn't on their planned schedule. The special touch of the loner AC unit was very kind and appreciated as well. These folks are very professional and a credit to the caring for their customers. Thank you very much."
