"I can't say enough about how great this company is and how honest my service tech, Matt Maynard, is. I called on Sunday at 3pm, fearful this would be a ¹super expensive price. I was quoted their weekend day rate, which is 8am - 5pm @$169 and was told he may not be there until after 5 since I was calling so late. Ten minutes later, I got a text with Matt's name and picture. He said he was on his way and I think he was here by 4pm. Matt was professional, polite, quick and HONEST! I realised I was watching him work and apologize to him, but he said that didn't bother him because at least I was talkative, unlike others that stand there silent. He said he felt confident the cleaning of my blower motor would solve the issues. That made me feel at ease! Then Matt told me I was getting a referral discount of $100 off since my neighbor had used them and referred me. My neighbor is also getting $100 cash. I only had to pay $69...for a Sunday afternoon service call! Incredible! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ONE HOUR HEATING AND COOLING!"

"Isidro was phenomenal. He tried everything he could to fix the problem. He had a fantastic attitude the whole time. I never once witnessed any frustration on his part. He worked diligently to fix the problem but sadly at 11PM he advised me that he needed other tools to fix the problem and would set it up to have someone else come out the following day.
