“A picture frame had dropped from the wall above the thermostat, knocking it from the wall and it wouldn't work. It was just a simple repair of securing the wiring and affixing again to the wall more securely. Right off, I liked the low service cost and that the fee is used toward cost of repair/replacement that is needed. Due to the easy fix, we just paid the service fee. There was no push to do replacement of existing unit. My 20-year-old son was the person home. William called him to let him know he was on his way and text sent to him with William's info & picture about 3:25. He was done with the repair and out the door before my husband got home a little before 4. One Hour H&C has been added to my contact list to remember for next time.”
