In 2005, Steve and Denise Kurtz took over the business and eventually joined the One Hour team. Then, in 2012, we purchased Garrett Heating & Air Conditioning, a company that’s been in the area since 1964! Just because we operate using the name of a national company hasn’t changed the fact that we are a local and independent business based in Lee’s Summit. Our technicians are local and focus on serving the community with the best AC and heating repairs, installation, and maintenance possible.
